1. Agreement
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your credentials secure and use strong passwords.
- Only upload, connect, or share content you have rights to use.
- Do not use the Service for illegal activities or to violate others' rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
3. AI output disclaimer
The Service uses AI to generate responses. AI output may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying output before relying on it for business, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
4. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process data.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, and third-party failures may occur.
6. Third-party integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Calendly, or similar providers. Use of those services may require the Customer's own accounts, credentials, subscriptions, or platform configurations.
Any fees, charges, or costs imposed by such third-party providers are the Customer's responsibility and are separate from the FastSupportDesk subscription.
7. Billing, trials, limits, and retention
We may offer trial access, promotional access, or plan-based access with usage limits, including chat usage, knowledge processing, storage, or other platform limits.
Trial duration, trial limits, plan features, pricing, usage limits, and retention periods may change from time to time. Any such changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
If a trial ends without conversion to a paid subscription, or if a paid subscription is canceled, expires, or remains unpaid beyond any applicable grace or access period, we may suspend access to the Service and permanently delete workspace data after the applicable retention period.
Workspace data subject to deletion may include processed knowledge data, extracted text, chunks, embeddings, chat history, integrations data stored by the Service, and related operational records. Original uploaded files may be deleted earlier as part of normal processing.
We may send reminder emails or in-app notices before deletion, but we do not guarantee that any specific reminder will always be received. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before the deletion date.
8. Pricing and service changes
We may change pricing, plan structure, feature availability, trial terms, usage limits, and service offerings from time to time. We may also add, remove, or modify features and integrations.
Where required by law, we will provide notice before material changes take effect.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or reliance on AI outputs.
